2023–2024. Junior Dean for Welfare at Wycliffe Hall

  • Mentor and support the undergraduate students, meeting as needed and designing welfare events

  • Serve as a member of the Chapel Choir; dine in the hall one to two times per week

  • In collaboration with the Senior Tutor, design a series of tutorials to support the existing provision, create reflective exercises, assist in piloting and evaluating the content

  • Lead informal student discussions surrounding topics such as ‘how to write an Oxford essay’, ‘doctoral research’, and ‘pursuing a career in higher education

2020-Present. Graduate Mentor and Tour Guide at Merton College

  • Mentor undergraduate students

  • Serve as the MCR Charities Officer

  • Represent the College ethos of academic excellence and personal kindness

  • Serve as a guide for the Library, give tours to visiting faculty and incoming students, assist visitors with enquiries whenever possible

2017-Present. Vocational Counselling

  • Meet with women who are seeking a job

  • Ask thoughtful questions about existing skills and experience

  • Review and provide feedback on resumes and cover letters

  • Meet and provide encouragement through the application process
