2023–2024. Junior Dean for Welfare at Wycliffe Hall
Mentor and support the undergraduate students, meeting as needed and designing welfare events
Serve as a member of the Chapel Choir; dine in the hall one to two times per week
In collaboration with the Senior Tutor, design a series of tutorials to support the existing provision, create reflective exercises, assist in piloting and evaluating the content
Lead informal student discussions surrounding topics such as ‘how to write an Oxford essay’, ‘doctoral research’, and ‘pursuing a career in higher education
